Does anyone have any recommendations on a good make/model holster that’s comfortable and quality that would fit a pistol with a red dot, suppressor sights, and a light?

Depends on the pistol and carry position. AIWB? Strongside? OWB? Glock? 1911? CZ?

JM Custom Kydex
Tenicor

Just to name two.

Blackpoint Tactical. I've been using the Mini-Wing for a couple years with a dot and light. It's held up well.

If you are into Aiwb and want to care a spare mag i like the TRex Sidecar. If you dont want to carry a spare or rather carry it elsewhere i would go another route.

This seems to be the preferred wedge for AIWB

I've carried a Phlster Floodlight for about 2 years. Really like it. It is light specific, X300 or TLR-1. You can carry different pistols if you have several lights or just move the light to different guns.

McKinaTec is a similar solution and cheaper but I haven't carried it enough yet to have a solid opinion but it also feels pretty good.

Staying Strapped: T1C Axis Elite Review

I liked my T1C a lot, sold it when I switched lights. Now I have a A&I Mfg holster that I’m reviewing, which I like quite a bit so far too.

You’re going to get 100 different answers, because everyone is going to recommend what they have.

Bottom line is you have to try for yourself to see what you like.

I’ve been carrying a CZ P-01 (no optics/light) in a T-REX ironside hybrid at 4:00 for about two weeks now and I really like it. It’s a fairly heavy pistol and I barely notice it while walking. There’s an option for like 3 light styles on most gun models and it’s cut for an optic already.

I am heavily invested in G-Code holsters, most of them are set up for the RTI system or can be. I have all of the other types of hardware as well. I also have their incog style holsters for IWB carry, but prefer OWB.

I also have JM custom, Squared Away Custom, TRex, Phylster, Fury, and others but almost always go back to G-Code.

I like Vedder, but wish they used a larger paddle to make the owb holster more stable.
Will probably order a iwb for my cz pcr.

This. I ordered a vedder light tuck a while back because it was usually the most recommended. I'm sure I'm in a minority but I hate it. It was well made and fit the gun great but not comfortable for me at all for whatever reason

I see they've come out with a different shell. I've gone through 3 Floodlight kydex shells under warranty with them cracking. They weren't very durable, but convenient.

ETA: The metal hardware also rusted very quickly.

I hate my Vedder Light Tuck, too. My gun (CZ 75 SP-01) locks in, but it rattles and the metal clip doesn't keep the gun in place and tends to pop off my belt.

No joke. C'mon OP.
Anyway, holsters are incredibly personal. What's perfect for one is horrible for another.

Now only if Bravo Concealment would get off their ass and make one for the X-Macro!

IWB or OWB?
Leather or Kydex?

For leather OWB I just today received a DeSantis Vengeance for my G19.5 with a TLR-7X and an optic.  I haven't had the chance to actually wear it yet but based on the other DeSantis holster I have I am not anticipating any problems.
