This is definitely not how I wanted to join this forum but here we are. My name is Connor and I am seeking help for my father. He has been arrested on an assault weapon charge and high capacity magazine ban charges in New Jersey. The basis for his arrest is unlawful and unconstitutional. He is being held without bail and my family and I are having trouble helping him as the lawyers and the jail are being uncooperative. I am looking for any help that can be offered. My father has asked for me to get the word out to give this case publicity and put pressure on the courts to make the right decision. He is being held in the Morris County Correctional Facility in New Jersey. We are trying to to find a New Jersey/New Hampshire lawyer (preferably New Hampshire) that works within the federal courts to file an injunction with the federal courts under US code title 18 section 241,242 and move jurisdiction of this case to New Hampshire. He has been unlawfully detained for 11 days now and denied due process of law. This is a case that we could easily win with the right support, and I'm hoping to find that support here.

I don't know of any lawyers, but I wish you the best in this case.    It's a damn shame commie shitholes like NJ exist.

Good luck. I'm not sure you'll get much traction in this forum considering you're a new member. It's not too different from walking around your neighborhood knocking on doors for the same purpose.

Yeah, I forgot about him.   There's your guy.   Reputation for being one of the top 2A lawyers in the country and he's in NJ.   Good luck with it.   Probably going to be expensive, but none better (at least by reputation).
