The system told you when you attempted to registered our server WILL NOT accept free email accounts, you must use an email account provided by an ISP....therefore,do not send an email telling us yahoo(or whatever) is the only email you have.
We receive at least 5 a day telling us yahoo / hotmail are the only accounts people have. You NEED an internet service provided e-mail address for initial registration.12. How to upload an avatar/bio picture. To do either you must be a team member.

If your account is locked. We don't know why it was locked. You will have an email from the Staff member that locked it. If you want it unlocked you MUST deal with that Staff member.We average 500+ e-mails a month at that address, sifting through them all to reply to the ones that actually concern an account problem takes up a lot of time and people end up waiting longer for answers.
We have a help section with answers to a lot of common questions , and more often than not..if you poke around the site, you can find the answer to most anything.If not,ask the members in a thread.That is what the site is for.......mainly communication, and spread of knowledge!
When you do e-mail us with an account problem please include your screen name, any error messages you get and anything you have done to try and fix the problem.
An e-mail that only contains "can't log in..WTF?" isn't a lot of help!

Upgrades are usually done on the weekends if you pay via snail mail.The server does not automatically upgrade the account unless you buy a membership through the store.
Please,be patient and try not to send emails asking when you will see a change unless more than 2 weekends have gone by and no upgrade is done.
