"I'm no threat" so she keeps on driving knowing the police are behind her trying to pull her over and then doubles down by calling the police chief on her way home (for what reason??? Maybe hoping the chief will tell the officer not to write her a ticket?). And her statement the next day is beyond weak and lacks any sort of apology.
