Submitted 4/3, no movement. I've seen members that submitted later approved. I've also seen members that submitted before not approved.
I guess my biggest concern is the FATF stopped processing applications once the injunctions started getting issued. Anyone know? |

No but I am in the same situation as you are & I think a whole bunch of others are too.
I did my E-Form 1 SBR with a very experienced class III dealer for photo & fingerprints back in April & not a peep from BATFE since then. Bigger_Hammer  |

Trust approvals appear to have been moved to the back of the line.
I've had 27 approved as an individual and at least one of those was after the injunctions. |
