Seems every employer in my town is still short staffed even at $20+/hr. for unskilled and are now relying on Haitian refugees to fill the gaps. Skilled workers can name their price.

The fed should have started hiking rates much earlier to reduce demand during the covid spending spree and never backed off until they reached a minimum of 7%. Any rate cuts this year will be pure political and will result in bigger inflation/wage bubbles.
