Just got a weber griddle- looking for utensils-thinking about spatulas- what’s a good width? 3 or 4 inch? Primarily will be cooking stirfry hibachi- but also smash burgers-tacos .. advice? Thanks

Get them both all but, regardless of size, make sure and get quality stiff spatulas. Nothing worse than using cheap flimsy metal on a griddle.

This. I have Blackstone branded spatulas and they are garbage.

Get thick ones that won't bend like Gumby.

Get 4"ish wide ones. Get at least two. Also get a scraper for the griddle for easy cleaning up. I have the Blackstone branded scraper and it's pretty good actually.
