The upstairs AC/furnace fan started to turn on for a few minutes then shuts off and starts over again after 5-10 seconds.

Thermostat is set to OFF, not heat, not cool but Off.  Fan switch set to auto, only other option is on.

I can't get to it till tomorrow but in the meantime, thermostat issue or something else?  Temperature in the house is 70, not running the AC or heater.  Ideas?

Stuck fan relay, bad board, bad thermostat?  Pull the face of the thermostat off and see if it still acts up

Just have a bad thunderstorm? Pull the thermostat 24v wire, if it quits the stat probably got zapped. Kill power and replace.
Liberals are a curious mix of communism and fascism, they want to destroy you but want to use your own money to do it.

I'm getting down to the last box, the other have all been destroyed...
