Whats your mileage per week average I mostly only ride pavement on a mix of road bike to hybrid commuter bike.
Between 4-5 rides a week at 40ish miles per ride / 160 to 200 miles a weekly. That said I think I need to cut back on mileage.I feel and stats show I am going slower MPH than a shorter 25-35 mile ride.. How about you? |

I do a 25 mile ride about three times a week, and sometimes an extra 50 mile ride.

I'm slowly getting back into riding after a wrist injury. This week I'm at 3 rides for 57 miles.

Y’all are smoking me in mileage. I normally ride around 3 times a week and get around 25-30 miles a week and my kids ride with me, one’s 16 the twins are 13.
I can’t get that many miles here with elevation I’m climbing and then descending I’ve done a couple 27-29 mile rides but both have 3,600+’ of elevation. Attached File |

This is a pretty standard ride for me, I do this one at least once a week. However I managed to destroy my rear rim near the end of the ride and had to walk the last .5 to .75 miles out, so disregard the time on this one and my 13yo daughter was riding with me. I did the same thing with a carbon fiber E13 rim a couple years ago. My culprit was a puncture while bombing a downhill. I switched to Cush Cores until I got tired of the weight. |

I did the same thing with a carbon fiber E13 rim a couple years ago. My culprit was a puncture while bombing a downhill. I switched to Cush Cores until I got tired of the weight. I was trying to jump a 24’ step up double. Apparently I cleared 21’, my front tire cleared it but my back tire cased it hitting a pointy rock. Killed the rim and put two holes in the tire. Todays ride. Picked up a new tire and put the stock rear rim on. I didn’t try the step up double today Rained all day it was pretty wet. Attached File |

Depends
When I was training for performance I would try to stick to interval rides and get it 10hrs a week. That was all trail miles riding blues to double blacks in AZ, CO, CA, and Utah Now I ebike my lazy ass into work at 35mph doing 45mi a day and get in a few black trail rides on the weekends with buddies. I need to schedule in a moab shuttle run this September and get in a weekend at big bear for downhill. |

Time is the biggest factor for me when I'm looking at mileage and my fitness. If I'm lucky I'm able to get 50 miles a week, but more often than not its half that. Currently confined to Zwift only for time/setup constraints.

So at the other end of the spectrum...... I'm at 6.4 miles 2x/week, all dirt
Flat for about 3 miles and 400ft elevation change for 3.4mi. Heart rate can get up to 180bmp on a hot day and averages 158... I'm 65 with a bad knee so there's that. I couldn't walk 6 miles these days. |

I'm 80 years old and ride usually 5 days/week. Avreraging 8 miles/day gives me about 40-50 miles per week. For the younger folks, this probalby isn't much but hey, lI'm old LOL

I only ride steep stuff, so I don't get many miles in. I usually get too fatigued to safely descend the trails I ride before I get too fatigued to do more climbing.
Only started recording my rides mid March. Attached File Attached File |
