300 yards?
Shooting lane?

That's easy. Just shoot sub sonics.

Do you care about erosion in the end?

Probably end up costing the same or close in the long run to just hire an evcavating co to do it.

Can you bring in enough dirt to make a hill at 300yds for your long range shooting?  You could use the recessed area for a shorter pistol range/action shooting area.

I'm not sure.  I'm in the very beginning phase of conceptualizing.

Can you only shoot in the direction of the lower area?

If you put a raised shooting platform at the lower ground at 300yds, you could shoot from there and your pistol range would be just below and in front of your rife shooting platform.  Your pistol rounds would go into the ramped dirt

Turns out I was misremembering.

The hump is further out in the field.  If you zoom, you'll see my truck at the end.

I don't have a budget yet.  Couple grand?

Hit up my other thread.  I'm open to all ideas

A GPS equipped scraper would make short work of it, even the little John Deere set up would be much quicker than a dozer.  The Case quad tracks would save you a few hours over the Deere.  Either way I would not plan on being there more than a day with either set up, maybe two days if I had to haul in and out and could not road it to the job site. See if you can find someone close that can give you a bid.

It’s going to be a lot of money to move that much dirt.  I wouldn’t be surprised if it was 15-20k.

True. Dirt is very pricy near me plus hauling bill (fuel)  If you drive a dozer over it the compaction makes it go quicker than you might expect
