Everyone would either be coming up with diabolical plans that blew up in their faces constantly.
Or they would be unable to commit to a course of action. Speaking from firsthand experience, having lots of raw brainpower is nice but there is no guarantee that it will be put to a productive purpose. Oh and just in case anyone needs to hear it. Having a high IQ does not automatically make a person a conservative.

Likely not well, despite the fact your question isn’t phrased correctly.
High intelligence typically brings a slew of its own issues. And you’re saying everyone’s over 130, which makes that the low end of the distribution. Which means most are higher than that. Eeeesh. Probably be better for the median IQ(top of the bell) to be in the 115-120 range of the current IQ distribution(which would make the old 115-120 the new 100). |

It's a rare thing when someone takes their personality and life off of autopilot and does a really hard nosed assessment of things. I think it's a common misconception that smart people aren't as attractive, good genes are good genes. People who aren't as attractive just tend to work harder. I'm all for it, most of the so-called "problems" high IQ people deal with involve relating to low IQ people. If everybody was above what is now the 95th percentile or so they wouldn't be coasting through school, bored and frustrated at how stupid everything is, and they wouldn't be able to manipulate their way through life either. -It’s illegal for anyone to serve in the military with an IQ of 85 or less. Reason being is the morons are a danger to themselves and everyone around them. You cannot even peel potatoes because your a danger. -Apply that to the modern world and these people cannot even work at McDonalds. -That’s about 30 million people in this country. Lower a countries IQ. The more fucked up it is. -Low IQ also is a huge predictor of low life expectancy, criminality, child abuse, drug abuse. Especially every poor life outcome. Stupider you are, harder life is. -The higher a countries IQ. The less bullshit you get. You aren’t going to get culturally enriched on a Japanese subway. Now say we adjust the bell curve where an IQ of 130. Becomes average intelligence. -Violent street crime becomes the exception rather than the rule. -People live a lot longer. -Homeless shitting in the streets becomes a rarity. If this happens,You essentially get a cross between Japan and Sweden. The birth rate problem is easily fixed. You do what Poland has done and support people having families. Not what we do in the west where liberals think mothers should be hunted for sport. |

As a person who deals with people everyday who’s average I.Q. is 160 or higher. You wouldn’t want that. The high mindedness of this group is crazy. The infighting gets old. Most are civil but the ones who make trouble, make trouble for everyone. Yes I do have a certified 150+ I.Q. My wife and children are 160+ and the High I.Q. Societies are full of troublemakers. Mensa might be the most down to earth people but when you get into the higher societies, there is much more infighting. Besides, most people in the High I.Q. world are excellent test takers but suck at life. It shows in their conversations. Trust me. Everyone across the board of I.Q.s have times of trouble. They might even have a higher rate of discontent than your average I.Q. person. My experience says they do.

That would be a little overkill.
65% of our population would be at or above the average IQ of an engineering or comp sci undergrad, US grad MD, or life sciences Ph. D. 50% at or above the average of a physical sciences Ph.D. Look at a group like Northeast Asians or Ashkenazi that are at mean about 0.5 and 0.75 sd, not around two like the OP proposes. If Thanos snapped his glove and Everyone simply 1sd below the mean disappeared we would be in amazing shape. |
