A million Gazans have the potential to push the largest Arab country "over the cliff", and nobody except Iran sees that as a good thing. |

Blowing a hole in a fence and bum rushing isn't going to improve Egypt's opinion. I suspect they'd be corralled into some hellish desert camp and then forced back into Gaza at the earliest opportunity. Hamas keeps screwing themselves by continuing to launch attacks. It only strengthens Israel's argument to the world that they still want to fight and don't care about their civilians. By the time this is over, the people of Gaza will have paid a heavy price. |

Israel tried to push palastinians into egpyt in the beginiing, Egpyt put up a fence and threatened war with Israel. Hamas isn't that stupid they would loose alot of support from arab countries.

Considering that the Egyptian ruler said he'd rather sacrifice every single Egyptian needed rather than let a single pali cross the border, this could get interesting...

The Egyptians will have no qualms about machine gunning anyone rushing the border.

If they blow a hole in the border fence, it will allow the women and children to flee to Egypt. That would deprive Hamas of women and children to hide behind and they wouldn't be able to (falsely) claim that they were being "genocided".
