It auto fills the Ar-10 with the dash.
I cannot delete the dash or the entire user name. I tried upgrading to Gold, same thing. I hope Subnet can help me figure this out. |

Also, it says if you are upgrading your account you don’t need to enter a username. |

To reiterate OP, do not remove the dash from your username, just the CC number (no spaces either)
 ETA: If you do remove the dash, AR10 will appreciate the membership bump. |

Stryker messaged me and told me to enter the credit card number with no spaces between numbers.
That was the problem. I'm good till next year! Not sure why it shows bronze. I bought a gold membership, and I have the "notes" feature now. |
