Looks like I'm getting stuck with a newer tractor at work, and noticed the apportioned tags are one state, and the IFTA stickers are for a different state. I'm thinking the state of issue for the plates and IFTA should match. These jokers aren't above just throwing on a set of stickers they had laying in the drawer. GTG or no? Rather not wind up detained by the roadside.

tractors owned or leased?
where i work, we drive leased ryder equipment, with indiana plates on the tractors ny hut and ifta stickers and federal inspections on the tractors |

I do DOT inspections and the sticker does not need to match the plate. Just has to be the current year showing it is paid.

Thanks guys. Now if I can just talk them into turning off the progressive shift and setting the Jake to work off the clutch and fuel as God intended instead of off the brake application. Who dreams this crap up, anyway?
