Just looked up ingredients on box...says rice is in it.
But..if you want 1 or 100 truckloads of 50,000lbs of 100% rice each...i can get that done tomorrow. Pickup in S. Texas..... |

In the time it took you to post this thread you could have read the ingredient list on the side of the box.

Doesn’t matter. White rice has effectively no nutritional value except as a starch.
Chinese and Central Americas have been able survive on it because they are able to supplement it with a little meat, vegetables, and fruit. |

I don't think there's anything cheaper than rice in this world that you can legally eat aside from "cellulose"...
And even then it's a close competition. |

It's low grade rice that even a novice sushi chef would throw out. |

It's rice AND vermicelli noodles. It says so right on the front of the box.

Well, the rice question had been covered, so I'll just add that cheddar broccoli Rice a Roni is awesome.

Memory fails me but I think there was a wild rice rice-a-roni at some point.
Not "real" rice. |

My wife browns it to almost burnt, before adding the spice pack and liquid.
Tastes like shit. |

It's every bit as real as the McRib sammich!
Also, reality is for people without imaginations. Also also, reality is overrated. |

Yes and no. It has rice and pasta in it. It is one of those foods you find at the bottom of the barrel, next to the Minute Rice. You can fix better and healthier food from scratch.
I would use a mix of Brown rice, Wild rice, and Orzo. |

Back in the dark ages the wife and I ate plenty of it when we were young and broke.
I love pan fried pork chops and Rice A Roni to this day. ![]() |
