I don't know what happened to Imgur, but it's f__ed.

Is it possible to (safely) embed an image stored on my personal OneDrive?

If so, how is this done?  What would the string be?

I don't know how you would do it.
you would logically have to share your one drive with the world for people to see it.
even read only for that one image would still seem a bit risky even if it were possible at all.
there must be other safe image hosts you can use.
