The census not only decides the number of seats in congress a State has it also determines the number of electoral votes. They just need a couple more republicans to retire in order to take control of the House, it is a safe bet they already have them set to leave as soon as they give the word.  They will appoint Jefferies, pass a bill that makes J6 an insurrection and bans anyone involved from becoming POTUS then use it disqualify Trump allowing them to send back electoral votes and install Biden as POTUS again should Trump win.

If that does not work another plan being rumored about is that they will completely defund the White House, so Trump can't do anything, not even make payroll for his staff, he won't be able to appoint cabinet members, fly anywhere on AF1,  that they will defund the DOJ to prevent prosecutions, defund the DHS to prevent him from securing the border and stop his planned deportations, even defund the secret service to force him to serve out is term in an underground bunker.
