Have the expander system and next sat I am planning on smoking 3 racks of ribs.  Normally I only do 1.

I do have a webber standing rack and should be able to use that for the first 2 hours.  When I wrap I am thinking either just stack them, or us the expander if the temp difference is negligible.

Also thinking about cutting the racks in half to make it easier since if not cutthey would not fit.

If the heat deflector is in, there's no difference.

Either rack is fine.  I do what you do either way, cut them in half, to make it easier.
