Seems the same ignorant lawfare mentality being used to sue vehicle manufactures for making cars people want to steal is now being used on the gun manufactures.

The problem is there are no consequences for this kind of judicial terrorism, the ones engaging in it know it, as such it will only ever get worse.

Minnesota AG Ellison, 12 others notify Glock of possible lawsuit

The idea of qualified immunity is a myth, it does not exist.

Sue these boobs into abject poverty, and then sue them so more.

If Glock were smart (and they are) they should counter sue them, as well as donate to the primary opponents.

Isn’t this exactly what the PLACA was pasted to prevent.

They have to sue the manufacturers because they are a failure.

Maybe they should actually do their jobs and enforce the existing laws rather than passing more and more redundant and inane laws and actually held the criminals liable for their actions...

The ags that are on that list are proving what utter useless failures they are.

Can this possibly get thrown out by a court for being ridiculous?

They mention 5 years, but the design has been the same for 40 years...

Why doesn't Ellison just ask his people to stop shooting each other

Someone should file a lawsuit against white people for causing 52% of crime while only being 13% of the population

Glock should immediately stop selling and warranting all their products to government entities in the states that signed this. The problem with this is they could easily use the same logic to go after any other firearm manufacturer

They aren't failures, they are getting exactly the results they intend.

Don't just assume them incompetent and stupid when their goal is fundamentally transform America and grind it down.

Now?
Giuliani tried this shit over 20 years ago.

"On June 20th (2000), I was pleased to announce that the City of New York filed a lawsuit against two dozen major gun manufacturers and distributors. This is an industry which profits from the suffering of innocent people. The lawsuit is intended to end the free pass that the gun industry has enjoyed for a very long time, which has resulted in too many avoidable deaths." - Rudy Giuliani
