My son is turning one year old this weekend and my wife is throwing a big top gun themed birthday party.  As part of it, I was thinking about throwing on top gun, but only the final dogfight scene from the original and the Final mission from the top gun Maverick new one.  I don’t have either of the movies currently on DVD.  I can probably get those clips online but I didn’t know what software to splice them together and burn them to a DVD that would play in a regular DVD player.

As a sidenote, all of our computers are Mac, although if I absolutely need to I can probably get a hold of a PC but most PC’s I have access to are not going to be a newer one that has the ability to handle a bunch of video editing.
