Wife was in Beorne with the DiL today. The stopped at the Richter Bakhaus and brought me back a Texas sized cinnamon roll. This thing is huge! Pic has a 12 ounce coke next to it for scale. Came with a 1/2 pint of frosting.

Looks dried out. When the roll is sticking to each rotation they are nice and soft. That is not what we see here so it probably cooked each rotation and it's not soft or fluffy.
Enjoy your tortilla chip.
