Two adult men and two minors currently face state charges for the Super Bowl Victory Parade shooting. Now three individuals are facing federal charges in an "unusually fast response from federal authorities". The new charges include conspiracy to traffic firearms, illegal sales and making false statements to federal authorities.

Fedo Antonia Manning (22) is facing 12 charges while Ronnell Dewayne Williams Jr (21) and Chaelyn Hendrick Groves (19) each face 4.

Manning is accused of making straw purchases, with the US Attorney's Office saying he purchased dozens of firearms and then sold them to others. Seven firearms he purchased were recovered during the investigation following the shooting.

According to Kansas City Police documents, in all, 12 individuals brandished firearms and at least 6 individuals fired their weapons at the celebration event.

The following players were officially released overnight with Post-June 1 designations:

Cardinals LT D.J. Humphries
Ravens WR Odell Beckham, Jr.
Bills CB Tre'Davious White
Broncos QB Russell Wilson
Raiders QB Jimmy Garoppolo
Dolphins CB Xavien Howard
Saints WR Michael Thomas
Saints QB Jameis Winston
49ers DL Arik Armstead

With the Post-June 1 designation, their dead money will be spread over two years, although the teams won't see the cap relief on their books until June 2nd.

He was originally supposed to be a UFA, however he agreed to a restructure/extension that allowed the Ravens to instead release him with a Post June designation to spread his deadcap over two seasons.

So it was known he was out the door. They just changed HOW he was leaving.

Edit: I believe the restructure was talked about before the Super Bowl.

Double Edit: Found from January:

Barkley's former coach at Penn State said that Howie spoke directly with Saquon before free agency began. Eagles officially denied it yesterday.

I believe he phrased it that he (the former coach) was talking with Saquon, and it was Saquon who mentioned that Howie was selling him on becoming an Eagle by talking about how it would be Saquon returning to Pennsylvania (where he played college ball).

The Jets were busted for tampering with Revis a number of years back and it was just a small fine. Something like $100k.

But just the other year the Dolphins got busted hard for the tampering with Brady and Sean Payton. They lost their 1st round pick alongside over a million in fines. Edit: I think they also suspended the owner(?).

So, like pretty much every other violation in the NFL, it completely depends on Goodell's whims. He does whatever he wants.

The Chiefs lost two draft picks for tampering when they signed Jeremy Maclin.  They lost a third and a sixth.  Andy Reid was fined $75,000.  The Chiefs were fined $250,000.  John Dorsey, the GM at the time, was fined $25,000.  It seems like Goodell can pick and choose who to go after.  It's pretty obvious that there is tampering going on league wide when you have players and teams agreeing to multimillion dollar contracts with in minutes of free agency officially opening up.

It is very loosely enforced. Typically, you only see something done when it directly involves the player themselves. No one seems to care as long as it goes through the agent/someone else.

Edit: I believe that should obviously say Rondale to ATLANTA for Ridder. Cardinals get a new backup QB. Kirk Cousins gets a new WR.

My first guess is poor phrasing on someone's part and they left out the agent being the middle man in the conversation.

Or even if the Eagles did, I doubt any proof will be found. Howie's pretty bright and I don't think he'd leave a data / phone trail. Plus Franklin probably will back peddle on this as accidentally shitting on the Eagles will not help him at all.

You got it right. Makes me wonder if a rookie QB is still being considered in the draft to study behind Cousins for a few years.

Ridder could have had a couple of years behind Ryan if the Deshaun Watson mess had not happened. Not sure if it would have made much difference but it couldn't have hurt.

So Mac Jones goes to the Jaguars for a currently undisclosed draft pick. Although rumors say a 6th round pick. Mac had a PC today with the JAX media.

"We kind of just decided the mutual parting of ways was the best decision for both of us. For me it was just about moving on and getting back home, and I couldn't be more excited. And for them, it's about moving forward and turning the page. So really, that's what we decided, and I think it's a great decision."

Wasn't Mack a shell of himself last year compared to his earlier playing days? Surprised they didn't just cut him.

Seahawks let Drew Lock walk just to cough up draft capital for Howell to backup Geno? I mean, it saves a few cap dollars, but not enough to really justify the loss of an early/mid 3rd round pick.

Unless they feel like Howell could become the starter over Geno?

Edit: I just can't picture them paying Geno $22.5M to have him ride the bench?

That $10M is fully guaranteed this season, and trading Lazard is the only way the Jets can get cap relief from him without him agreeing to a restructure.
