I saw Oingo Boingo in concert at the Arizona Memorial Coliseum for that album. They were excellent live.

I believe I still have the ticket stub. I used to go see them every time they came to the Valley. The coliseum and saw them play at Mesa Amphitheatre. They were so amazing live and the never went short on time. Boy that was long ago, I was in my freshman year of college that year. |

Elfman is a musical genius. He said his Oingo Boingo years were regrettable but I disagree.
Fun, innovative music that was catchy and you couldn’t help but tap your foot to it or sing along if you heard it at the bar. Besides- he is a smart motherfucker- he gave up the band gig to write movie soundtracks. Sit at home, make killer music and make $$$$$$$ |
