The police were obviously supposed to know she was a grandmother going to the hospital. Never should have stopped her especially when she failed to yield. They must have slept through mind reading for LE at the academy. Should have grandmother handled her as well. The fuck is the matter with cops these days?

She was panicking, understandable when a small child is bleeding from the nose/mouth.
That still doesn't excuse the officer for the way he acted and treated the lady, maybe if he let her speak instead of screaming at her to shut up.......? |

If you don't respect the authority, you get protected and served. I have been hassled twice over how fast I stopped, one douche bag was going on how I was fleeing after stopping 100 feet from where he turned his lights on. From now on if they light me up they better have their foot on the brake pedal.

I know I guy, back in his popo days, that did something like that. The problem was the person he did the 'respect my authory' to was a personal friend of the State Attorney General.
They reviewed every leo qualification in the state to get him. He was found to be qualified as a bailiff not a patrol officer. |

This happened in my home town. The officer is a new guy and I guess he didn't get the memo that the very pro-police population of Bartlesville will not tolerate tossing grandma around. Especially if she is trying to get her granddaughter to the hospital. I think this cop will leave the force very soon.

So the grandma had the little girl at the casino with her?
I'll wait for more evidence but for now it sounds kinda like the grandma was inflating the nature of the kid's injury. No profuse bleeding from nose and no vomiting blood. Just a little dried nosebleed. Little girl says she fell down. Grandma says she didn't. Would be strange for a child that young to lie about that. Why would the grandma lie about all this? Using the girl as an excuse to evade the police and a potential DUI charge? Or just prone to panicking, perhaps? |
