Post awesome oversize and unusual loads.  This is my favorite permitted load photo.  (not a trucker, but in the business of building really big stuff, with really heavy components delivered by truck or barge.

The vessel was over 900,000 lbs and including the trucks and trailers was over 1.1 million lbs.

I was involved in the move of a drag line in Gillette, WY in 2015 using 36 lines of Scheuerle InterCombi platform trailers (288 tires just on the trailer) and 5 special built prime mover trucks.

Here's a couple of videos (I'm driving the lead prime mover in most of the video):

Here's a 375,000 lb transformer we moved from a rail spur to a substation in Casper, WY.

One more and then I'll take a break

A 250,000 lb vessel we moved from Salt Lake City to the Sinclair Refinery in Casper, WY. I was driving the KW C-500 push truck and I'm the steer-man/tiller-man steering the dollies around the really tight corners and into place in the video.

I saw a 400 ton generator being transported to Las Alamos, NM in the late 80's trailer had 268 tires. I'll have to dig up the pics & post them.

Nothing crazy or unusual. Just a Meyer forage box on its way to a dealership.

When I was young I saw two trucks hauling a bridge/footwalk. I'd never seen them use one on each end and it was weird to catch up to them on the road with the rear tractor facing me in traffic. Small town with no road out means you don't see a lot of trucks and big equipment rolling around.

New substation going in just outside of Ault, CO. I got to use my Goldhofer SPMT to move a transformer from the dual lane OTR trailer into the the sub. Transformer was 313,000 lbs, my trailer is maxed at 350,000 not much room for error.
