Random " cookie settings" message pop ups

Are you using a VPN? Laws about cookie announcements and consent changed in some big eurotrash country recently. Lots of websites have responded to this BS and put up annoying consent options.

Some sites have just put that on all visits no matter where they are from. It should go away if you give it a decision. For this site, I think cookies are used for login purposes so you probably are better off clicking "Yes".

Have you clicked on either of those options? You didn't specify.

No VPN. Cookies accepted at login. I'm on a mobile device so no idea whether that affects things?

That window only appears while on Arfcom.
