SP-01s didn't move while on consignment, so I pulled them to get back to training! Back on team RDS!

CHPWS slide cut and mount. They cut the slide, installed it (incorrectly) and took nearly 6 months to do it.

Besides the Swampfox kit, are there any other kits out there to get a good basic set of optics screws? Always nice to have on hand, but paying $8 or more a pair of screws is absurd.

I had it done before Cajun and the CZ Custom shop were doing slides, but definitely a lesson learned. It looks like ass, but works amazingly.

I always like their optic plates for my
P10’s.  However,  with the 75 series pistols and just CZ Cajun is good.  Didn’t realized they were doing optic cuts.  Just picked up a compact and now I am thinking about getting that done.

Help me out guys…..I’m looking for a red dot for a ccw. I have my heart set on the new rmr hd, but obviously it’s sold out everywhere and I’m not paying close to $1k to get one on gb. I really would like to stay away from Chinese optics….do I have any other options?

Glock 20.5 MOS 10mm large frame with Holosun SCS. Direct fit to slide with factory irons cowitness.

Had to get use to the 10mm snappy recoil 1st few shots. PSA made 10mm ammo feels like real 10mm, not 40 S&W ammo.

G20.5 Holosun SCS. 50 yard two 1 foot steel plate transitions. 1st time shooting this pistol,

G20.5 10mm Holosun SCS. 25 yards. Three 1 foot steel plate transitions.

I’ll run it like this for awhile, then throw a BROS on it and turn it into a “do all the things” gun.

Find a space.  Put up targets, do the time.  Targets don't have to be a actual representation of a USPSA/IPSC target.  They can be a piece of tape, note card, 8.5x11 paper, etc.  I think varying size is important.

I also have targets in my reloading/office room.  This is a spare room in my basement that is dry fire dedicated.

I move targets around, set up classifiers and have barriers that I can move.

Fixed.

But nice setup Sig’s 10mm JHP/FMJ is also loaded to proper 10mm spec, 180gr @ 1,250fps. A comp would help tame that snappiness right quick

I love thermal. I love MRDS on pistol... I can't think of any reason anyone would want this.

Holosun SCS Glock 19.5 MOS 50 yards, Two 1 foot steel plates
Both my G20.5 and G19.5 Holosun SCS RDS's work well at the 50 yard distance. Being cowitnessed with the factory iron sights makes the Holosun SCS fast to draw and shoot, also fast shooting transitions.
Want a G26.5 MOS with a Holosun SCS.
Glock 20.5 MOS Holosun SCS. No jams yet...

Some of these are cardboard cutouts, and others are vinyl clingy things from a company Kita Busse was working with. Let me see if so can find the name because they’re awesome.

I own three Glock 19 Gen 5 MOS pistols. I practice shoot and dryfire with all three.
1. Trijicon SRO Medium round count
2. Holosun SCS Light round count
3. Trijicon RMRcc with Large round count 12,000 ++. Smooth trigger and break with this much wear. Even the grip feels smoother than the other two G19.5.

That’s an easy answer.

Duty/Defense RMR

Competiton/plinking SRO or 507 Comp.

Vortex is releasing their Comp Dot in 2 weeks which is the size of the 507 comp and an even bigger one is in the works.  I’m not a Vortex dot fan but I may try one.  I get a pretty good discount.

I just hate the look of that damn toaster on top of the gun and I’ve never had a problem with open emitters.

I’d definitely consider one on a shotgun or an AR.

So it’s an aesthetics reasoning not performance based that makes sense they are ugly course in some ways they all are.

Hard to choose.
SRO if I had to choose.
My SRO is a large 5 MOA dot. SRO has a massive crystal clear window, huge dot for fast shooting. The large 5 MOA dot can be dimmed to look like a 3.25 dot for long, long shots.
Also the battery can be changed without removing or rezeroing the optic.

This is true.
The SRO is a harder to conceal and can be fragile when dropped on concrete.
My RMR is the RMRcc which is a narrow small window RMR. Carries and conceals great.

Correct, I don't think there's anything wrong with their functionality and they are probably more durable than their open emitter counterparts.  Which is why I think it would be a fab choice on a larger firearm where it doesn't stick out like a wart

(SROs are kind of ugly too)
