In the last couple of weeks, I have seen a binary trigger and a bump stock at my local range.

Both times, the dudes said that it was legal to possess these devices AND use them, just not buy or sell them in the state of Florida.

My opinion is that the bump stock was installed on a receiver with a modified fcg, fis groups were super tight and he was firing from the shoulder in full auto...

Is use and possession of a bump fire device, and all the things they lump in with BF stocks legal in Florida?
