I'm in.

Assuming that skinning the dragon would be incomplete so that previous work on the skeleton can be appreciated?  Zombie dragon/zombie crew?

Maybe a cave with a bunny and a few knights?

IN!!!

I look forward to these projects every year.
Revamping the Viking room seems like a great project.

Probably best to forget about killing clergy on site, raping the womenfolk and no blood eagle executions but hey....

In on page 1.

With the castle we need a moat, right?

I also like the idea of original skeleton showing through, a zombie look.  Looking forward to seeing what comes about.

Any more thought on the coins for fundraising to start the year?

Hadn't thought of that.  Guns can have a rotating roster of freshmen to pump the bellows, making the half-heart beat and the one lung expand and contract.

Living art...

Should be an exciting project to the AP Biology class to draft a diagram of the internal workings of a dragon...

Or how about: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siege_of_Paris_(885%E2%80%93886)

Can do some models/painting of the city, and do models of all the siege engines.  Ballistas, catapults, etc.

Fuck yeah, in on page 1 for once!

ETA: and my two cents would be to recreate Lindisfarne in miniature on the wall, in flames, with the viking ship rowing away from it.
