I remember seeing videos of rural fire watchers in Montana, thought this might be that. That sounds like an interesting job but I bet all the hipster youtubers took all the positions.
I haven't finished this yet but noticed that boat paddle Ruger in the beginning, can anyone tell what caliber it is? |

I'd rather work alone. I don't require a lot of creature comforts but I'd probably suck at camping outdoors.

I have a friend who manages open range sheep for the Canadian Government out in Alberta. She spends months with just her horse and dogs guarding sheep out in the middle of nowhere

I've run into a few of the guys up in the high country to collect cattle from range land. Gotta admit I envied the freedom and solitude they had
Also, those cows don't like people. I've had a few square up and I avoided them in kind. Unlike farm cattle they see you as a threat |
