These are the interesting tidbits.  Radar, avionics, plane auxiliary functions disabled as a warning to not get naughty.  Totally outclassed by these guys.  No wonder the actual pilots are freaking out about it while the public face of the .mil goes "bah, not real, you're crazy, we're hiding nothing (excerpt what is classified, redacted, or never revealed)"   Even secret programs haven't stayed under wraps for 70 years with the number of people involved, so the intersections are very restricted between the .gov and the private sector groups who are really playing with all the stuff off the eyes of the budget beyond "undisclosed programs and military -7 trillion" every year.

Neat new shape, though.  I'm curious if all from same source or if we're at some crossroads.  The options of them being from Earth, just not mankind would explain at least one of the classes, but here are a dozen shapes and behaviors out there reported and recorded.  That "Breakaway civilization" theory in latest UFO book by Richard Dolan sounds titillating, especially considering all of the land we don't have surveyed let alone the ocean or much of Antarctica.  Only radar and satellites can see and we have plenty of stories that their cloaking and other tech is far beyond our 'great' so going by just that, defeating/fooling the systems, a whole lot of land area becomes possible,  inside a huge and remote mountain in Tibet or under the ocean, who knows?

I'm going off the idea of "NHI" doesn't exclude "native to Earth", but accept that off Earth is possible as well as a slightly different dimension we don't have full intersected access to.

IO also find it interesting/different that this wasn't released through one of the new "open info" UFO groups (Elizondo, Blink 182 guy's TTSA, others) and came from the congressman directly.
