Can't tell you the last time I made Bisquick cheeseburger pie but that changed tonight.

With a simple salad twas a tasty meal.

Looks like the same recipe for a breakfast pie.  Instead of hamburger you use diced ham and cheese.  I've even made it with crumbled sausage and cheese.  It's really good and easy.

Use Carbquick instead of Bisquick.  I'm picking some up tomorrow to do just that.  Needs Jalapenos in and on it.


Breakfast - Sausage (&/or ham) version
Lunch/Supper - Ground beef version or chicken & broccoli version

I do jiffy cornbread mix but put it on the bottom. Then sausage and bacon and pour eggs over it. Instead of breakfast pie i call it keesh [sic]
