I'd list it for $1500 OBO and take the first offer that rolls through the door.  

On the flip side, maybe list it on FB Marketplace for $2500 obo and pay to boost the search for a few days.  You might get a pleasant surprise.  Someone  might want it for parts and you could have some serious money thrown your way.

We got it off the property and took it to my sister’s place. She wants to pretty it up and try to sell it.

I’d be amazed if you got more than $500 for that. Old fiberglass boats are neat but they take tons of money and time to restore and most people cannot put forth that time, effort and funding
