Looks like under extrusion to me.

Ellis has an excellent guide for tuning, and includes a method to fine tune your issue.

On thing we would also need to know is the model itself.  If you are using orcaslicer slice the model and change the color scheme to show flow, layer time, and fan speed.  Check to see if any of those outputs matchup with where the layer changes color on your printed part.  I think ive seen that layer time is sometimes the culprit.

Agree on iver extruding. That can cause those corn row lines.

Try turning down the ironing extrusion %. I think itnis like 15% normally. I usually do 5-10% when I use it, which isn't often.

I generally just select a prettier top pattern and call it a day.
