I've owned or used everything in my poll, and found each option had "pros and cons". I've formed my own opinions based upon personal experience, but would like to hear yours.

Over the past 20 years, I've EDC'd over 2 dozen different handguns. The P365 is the only gun I've kept for several years. I first bought one the week they came out, and I've been very happy ever since.

Some of the choices I made early on are outright embarrassing! My aunt (who is significantly younger than I) is a IFBB Pro and can / has concealed large handguns but her favorite is a P365. It is the only gun she's stuck with for longer than about six months. I think she's been carrying it for several years now. Her husband / my uncle still pocket carries a Sig P938 he bought from me. I hated that gun. |

I’m a 1911 guy, and I do the 365xl everyday. They nailed it and everyone is copying it. Even their safety model, I have, works well.

+2 It is a good balance of shootabilty and concealability. It was a bargain for an optics ready for $350 since I was going to mount a red dot. Edited to add explanation. |

I went Shield Plus, but the Glock 43x was a close second
|
|
|
P365 is my default carry gun, and I have a LOT of guns. I just keep going back to it.

Last summer I replaced my Gen 1 Shield with a 43X MOS. There was noting wrong with the Shield. It was just time for something else.
Sig verses Glock was a toss up. The Glock felt a little better in my hand than the 365. I trust Glock's quality control more than Sig. Glock won out. I have some personal bias against Springfield so that wasn't even a consideration. I am beginning to wonder if I might be better served with something 48 sized. |

You left out Glock G43

Voted 365 but have been playing with the G48 lately. Shield Arms mags of course. I hate how accurately I can shoot it.

I've gotta say,except for a snub as a rule 1 pocket bug, some form of a 365 is all I now carry daily, I've got 2 Macro' s, 2 XL' s and a standard 365

As usual, poll fail. No Sig X-Macro option.

I've been carrying a Glock for over 30 years. 43x MOS master race here. No reason to change when something works really really well.
Besides all the cool guys buy the indian made P365. New flavor of the month every month. S**kers. |

I recently switched to the P365 Macro and XL I have zero regrets.
I have no issue with the Glock 43x/48 but Glocks are so boring and soulless pistols. |

I have a 365 and hellcat. My daughter wanted a carry pistol so we went to the range with 365 and HC and rented a 43x. Of the three she went with the 43x. For me I shoot the 365 better. The HC has a better finish by far and no rust. I could be fine with any of the three.

Sorry for the poll failure. It’s actually an ARFCOM issue. The format wouldn’t allow me to add enough options. Would of liked to of also had:
Glock 43 S&W Shield S&W Shield Plus FN 503 (surely somebody bought one) Walther PPS M2 (see comment above) Sig P938 (remember these … Boomer approved) Kimber Micro 9 (see comment above) CZ P10M |

It really just depends on the day in question. What I'm wearing. What I'm doing. I rotate between a P365, G43 and Bodyguard .380. I also have a Para LDA Officer model 1911 and it carries pretty sweet also in its own way.
My original carry piece was a g19 but at this point I think its simply too bulky. I don't have anything against any of the others listed I just don't own them. |

I’m with you in that I now find it too big for daily EDC. Makes a great nightstand gun, but the slim micros render it laughably large for civilian carry. |

Glock 23 for most days. Hellcat if need to be more discreet. As a Glock fan I wish they had an equivalent to the P365 or Hellcat but the Hellcat is awesome enough to suffice

43x with a TLR6 and PSA mags. It currently wears a 43 slide silver in color from my wife's 43.

I have the P365 X-Macro comp and the P365 Micro. While I have other options for carry, these two pistols cover everything I could ever want or need for an EDC without comprising.

P365X is perfect for me.

Hellcat Pro or 43X are what I settled on. I didn’t care for the 365 or XL.

Very simple for me. Winter-P365 Summer-Kahr CM9.

My most carried are:
Ruger LCPII .22LR S&W 442 snub Walther PPS M2 with a extra 8rd mag if I want more rounds. |

The Glock 43X polling doesn’t surprise me, but the popularity of the P365XL does.
|

|
P365x, p365 x-macro for me.
I also have a shield plus OR. It fine but thicker and relatively larger than the p365x. Larger may not matter and I carried it recently on a vacation. The rear sights are sharp and the thicker size was noticeable . My 365x carries much better for me even with a eps carry mounted. Same holsters. |
|
|
I handled most of those, then went with a Glock 48.
It felt the best to me, and I use it for carry, usually in the summer. 10 rounds is fine by me, and I always carry a spare magazine. |
|

They're all good options, it's just finding what suits you best and you could nuance your choice to death if you wanted to.
I've settled predominantly on the P365X, but I rotate with a P365 or XL (own two). I just like the platform, modularity and magazines (despite their cost). That said, we're packing up for a trip next week to do some kayaking and paddle boarding down in Ocala around several springs...my HPG Kit Bag will be carrying my Glock 43 I've handled all but the Hellcat Pro; they're all good guns. Voted P365 but realistically would say the P365X for optics ready capability.
Great concealable size, smooth trigger, awesome factory sights. Can go up and down in size to suit your needs very easily. The factory aftermarket support is outstanding. |

I've had Glock 43 and 43x, Shield Plus, Hellcat and Hellcat Pro, couple Kahrs. I've gotten rid of all of them for one reason or another. Currently carry the IWI Masada Slim. Great trigger, easy recoil, feels great in my hand. I can use full size Canik magazines.
And the FN Reflex is next on my list. Attached File |

F$$K CANCER!!! RIP Jeff Reed.

I have a hellcat pro with an apex trigger and a sig p365 x macro. Things I like a lot about each: hellcat - sights, size, capacity, grip texture, the 5 mags it came with . X macro, grip, sights, capacity, a good size.
Things I do not like: hellcat pro- stock trigger was hot garbage, the grip is too small in circumference. It bites the crap out of me unless I manhandle it and do not get super high into it. Sig - trigger was meh, mags were a bit not plentiful and certainly not cheap when buying more. |

P365 in whichever configuration I choose.

I really don’t know how to vote lol.
I currently carry a G48, and have for the past three years or so. Before that it was a G19. I enjoy both and find Glocks to be excellent pistols, if not a bit bland. But as I get older and hit middle age, my wrists tolerate the grip angle less and less. Longer range trips or dry fire sessions strain them significantly, and with a more modern “head up” stance vs the “tactical turtle” of yesteryear, my NPA shows that I frequently aim high with them. I can push through to correct it and be fine, but when I correct the aiming high what normally happens is I end up subconsciously reverting to the old tactical turtle again to make it happen. It’s been interesting learning all of this as I’ve modernized my technique in the past year or so. I’m also moving more towards my roots with DA/SA Berettas, with an M&P 2.0 mixed in (similar grip angles). So I’m looking at a Shield Plus but had the short grip (I pinch my pinky a lot with reloads on compacts w/ short grips. So I need to go rent a Shield Plus and a P365XL to see which I really prefer. Something tells me the P365XL is going to win out. If only somebody could make an optics capable DA/SA hammer gun the same size/thickness/capacity of a 365… |
|
|
Currently a 43X or 43 with a +2
Just picked up a P365 for summer pocket carry. Ordered a Flat trigger and grip module from WC. Have not shot it yet but I hear the WC grip tames the snappiness and feels much better in the hand. |
