Going from RMR to RCR - irons issue

I have lower 1/3 irons on my G19 with Suarez slide/ RMR.

I recently swapped the optic to a closed emitter RCR and found that my irons are no longer usable (too low).

I’m hoping to avoid suppressor height sights because they go more into my sight picture that I prefer. Is there anything in between?

I have the 2XL ameriglo’s black front/rear (gl470 I believe) on my milled G45 with RCR.  Provides a lower 1/4
