One of my first times out with the TP9SF at 10 yards, off-hand. Liked it so much, I bought another color and a lotta mags. ETA: I have no idea why I can't size pics correctly. Attached File |

For the bump.
First Canik that now belongs to my oldest son. Just ordered the black version of the TP9DA for myself. Attached File |

Anyone out there have a Canik TP9sa discharge a round when dropped????
I had my maid in my home cleaning. The gun was in it's holster. It fell from a height of about 3 to 3 1/2 feet. It almost blew her head off. When it discharged it had fallen barrel up. So when it hit my tile floor it would of been the backside of the gun taking the brunt of the drop. The bullet went through my ceilings both inside and outside through my concrete tile roof. BEWARE!!!!! THESE WILL FIRE A ROUND IF DROPPED!!!!! |

I also seen a thread were someone accidentally shot himself when holstering the Canik TP9sa and dropped it. His friend thought he had accidentally hit the trigger. This is a gun that can kill you if dropped the wrong way. I am putting it out there because I almost had a fatal accident in my home because of an accidental drop of this weapon. It was still in it's holster when it fell and discharged a round!! If anyone else has had an accidental discharge please let me know!!!! I don't even want to wear this gun on my hip anymore. I don't understand why it fired or if it can accidentally fire while holstered on my hip.?

I'll be posting pics soon.
Bought an Elite Combat about 2 weeks ago, and liked it so much I bought an Elite Combat Executive this past Monday |

Made a thread a few months ago, got a TP9SF today. $325, 3 mags. Trigger is damn good dry firing, gonna shoot it Sunday.
Attached File ETA: Got around to shooting it today. Great shooting gun. Now I just need a holster for it. My CZ mag carrier works for the mags, so I'm set there. |

how "old" are they as a firearm company? |

I am impressed with the Turkish gun. I now have a Canik TP-9 SF Elite and for the money all I can say is WOW. I have an SAR (Sarsilmaz) 9mm and it is top quality. Both firms are big in Europe and guns are built in modern factories.
Take a look at them, I believe you will like. |

I picked up a standard TP9SF One Series.
For a dirt cheap gun I prefer it to all others. Only the S&W SD9VE in the same $300 range when new comes close. Attached File |

Grandson has one...... The gun shoots very well. I was impressed.

If I were blindfolded and knew nothing about Canik, I would say it is a $650-750 pistol.

First Canik, picked her up last week. Still have not had a chance to try it out but will soon. The +3 mags seem to be a bit of a unicorn, none in stock anywhere I look. |

Anyone have a Canik TP9sfx barrel to sell? I purchased a used gun and found I have a bulge in the barrel. Can’t find a non- threaded O.E.M barrel anywhere.

Love my SC and SFx, I think I have all my bases covered. Just ordered a Red Dot for the SC today. Best trigger of any striker fired I've ever owned. In fact I had sold all my striker fireds and was only owning hammer fireds until I tried Canik. Wish there were more cheap magazines available.

I've been shopping for a G43x MOS, are any of these in that size range?
I love my Glocks, but the triggers are garbage, and these things actually look pretty sweet. |

Looks grey/blue in color with a flag theme to it. Has a 10 rd and an extended 15 rd magazine. Holster also. I want to buy it, but am hesitant because it does not include a threaded barrel in the package. Any idea how hard it'd be to find a 3.6" threaded barrel? I see your SC has a threaded barrel. Apologies for posting in a pic thread. If I FO, I will post a pic! |
