I want to replace the front brass bead sight on my MAC 1911. There is a hi vis front sight listed on the SDS website, and it's been on my wishlist, but no reply on email or phone. Does anyone know an aftermarket replacement that will fit? I'm 68 and the eyes just aren't that good anymore. Proper height and dovetail angle cut? Thanks.

The day Tisas opened the web to include sights , I ordered the tritium front for my Stingray.
Tisas shipped same day and the install went perfect. I’ll attach a pic. Prior to Tisas going live with sight sales I had done quite a bit of research. I’ll attach drawings of the standard Novak cut and then the Tisas “Novak style” cut. There is a difference. Hope this helps.  Attached File Attached File Attached File Attached File |
