Been looking to get one but everything I'm reading is disheartening regarding their customer service. Has anyone had luck getting a response from these guys recently? I've sent emails and called with no response. |

Are you talking about the MW Lo Pro magwell? It's my understanding that they no longer make it.

I had the original Tactical Slim on my 2019 P, but it didn't play nice with newer Dawson baseplates.
Here are a couple of options. |

They'll sure accept payments still. Yep, Have one on order since Nov 2023, no response to any emails or facebook. I'm going to attempt to charge back from Capital one, but doubt I'll have luck. Sucks, as it is a damn nice magwell. Don’t know how I missed this. I ordered one in September 2023 and I got it the week before Christmas. I too sent a few emails with no response.
 It is perfect though. |
