I picked up a new GX4 a while back just because it was so cheap.  
It sat in my safe for almost a year before my wife started shooting it.  She likes the pistol a lot as it fits her hand well with 13 round mag and she shoots it well with it.
In the beginning she was only shooting it one deliberate shot at a time and everything was good.  More recently she started shooting quick double and triple shots and the trigger reset failure started.  It occures once or twice per magazine and it occures with all magazines and all ammos she tried.  I called Taurus this morning and they want me to send the pistol and mags back to them.

Anybody else here have same issue with their GX4?  Did you send it back?  Was the problems resolved when it came back?  How long did it take to get it back?

I'm hoping they can resolve this problem as my wife likes the pistol a lot and will become her primary carry pistol if it can be fixed.  
 

My new GX4 shed it's extractor and spring after 5 shots.
I contacted customer service and they paid shipping both ways and had it fixed and back in my hands in just shy of 3 weeks.
Been flawless since.
