What have y'all been carrying for pocket rockets in 2023? My top pick is still the ruger LCP in a Galco pocket protector (or similar) holster.

Mine
https://imgflip.com/i/8ajwhe My son's https://imgflip.com/i/8ajx0v Using imageflip, can't get the pics to show If anybody can get them to show up I'd appreciate it. Mine is an older LCP olive drab and black. My son's is an LCP II in black. I wish they'd make the old LCP action with the LCP II sights. I like the revolver type trigger pull / DAO, but the sights are non existent. Of course at the distances you really use these, you don't really need sights. The reason I prefer the DAO trigger, is I carry mine in my right front shorts usually or pants pocket without a holster, and don't carry anything else in that pocket. The LCP II has to be carried in a holster as far as it goes with me and my son. |

It's close to 200.00 and the wait time is months, but they're well reviewed(mostly on P-32s and P3ATs). Have you painted the front sight? That gets them off their belly and onto their knees for me. |

The p32 is my main squeeze, but will probably trade it for a lcpll in .22 for ammo availability this year. 32 is near impossible to find on local shelves and i have to resort to online orders.

Kimber Micro 9. Office carry, legal but highly frowned upon so I prefer to keep printing to a minimum.
ETA: Sticky holster is very effective. Desantis kept coming out of the pocket with the gun. |

I picked up an LCR 9mm last week, so far it's proving itself to be a real good shooter that pocket carries pretty well wearing a bantem boot grip.

P365 SAS in a kydex pocket holster I received w/ it from the EE. Usually it's my summer gun. Fall/Winter/early Spring when I'm wearing a jacket or coat, I'm carrying something bigger in an OWB.

i like the g42 if i carry a 380, its light and slim as can be, or i have carried a g48 in my pocket if im wearing my black bdu type of pants, with shield arms mag release and mags, you get the capacity of a g19 at half the size width wise, small enough to conceal yet you get more in your hands and a bit more barrel length.

My main pocket carry was the LCP for most of 2023.
I did add a LCP Max, and a S&W 43C to the rotation though. |

Another P32 fan here. Weighs less loaded than an empty LCP.

Ruger LCP 11.8 oz loaded with Underwood 60gr +P Extreme Defender. Chronoed it at 1305 fps for an average of 7. Carry it in left pocket holster. Used the one provided for a while. After 100+ draws started staying on the pistol so switched to a DeSantis. Have two spare mags and carry one or both in my watch pocket most of the time.
Kel Tec PF9 in a DeSantis pocket holster with the 7 round mag. One or two 8 round mags for reloads. I've run about 500 rounds with zero malfunctions including 250 HPs. It is not fun to shoot. 15 oz with mag and 19oz loaded with 115 gr or 124 gr HP. S&W 642 mostly with a 800 fps wadcutter in my jacket pocket no holster when in shit locations. Its light nbut havnt weighed it 13 oz maybe 14 loaded |
