Anyone own the 4.5 and had issues with poor grouping? Had this for about 8 years and been a safe queen since could never group very well. Brought it out to try again and same crap. Put a red dot on it but not much better. On another forum someone mentioned to get a different barrel. Have another optic to try but if this is the same bad grouping, will have to decide to sell or pour more money into it. I like the large capacity it holds. BTW, it’s in 40 S&W.  Suggestions?

I've got 2 XDm's in 9 that group fantastic, an XDSC in 9 does the same, XD45 Service and XDmC in 45 that is also perfect.

Got it figured out. Didn’t seem my red dot was loose but got home to clean and sure enough, loose. Used blue locktite and let it set for 24 hours. Shooting good now.
