I just purchased a beautiful 19-3 w/ 2.5" barrel. All my S&W revolvers are 4" or longer barrels. I think this is my new favorite!!

I just bought this last week. 15-3. Should be to the FFL by week's end.

My EDC 442 PRO is sweet.

Next will be a Model 19 4" so I can delve into the .357 Mag

The Nightguard .357 is a sexy gun for sure, I just wish it was made without the internal lock.

I love the way it looks, but I just sold mine for a 686 SSR.  It just isn't that great for target shooting (not what it was made for so I don't blame it) and I ended up going with a PX4 compact for carry.

I did like the 386NG though.

Excellent! Love the 2" format of the 686
I have a 4" 686 no dash inbound from GunBroker.  Replacing one of the few guns I regret selling.

Thanks, I just found out that it's a Lew Horton (one of 2500 made) circa 1984-86.

1982-vintage S&W Model 49 Bodyguard...

I got this last month and it is now my CCW piece. Since the photos were taken I have added a Tyler T-Grip, which is pretty nice. I then added Eagle Secret Service grips, which are even better! It lives in my front pocket in a Mika pocket holster and goes everywhere I can legally carry.

I plan on carrying this revolver until the bluing is gone, and then sending it to Mahavosky's Metalife for their hard chrome finish.

Great minds think alike!
Here's my current CCW, Model 49 no dash and pinned barrel.
Just bought Tyler T grip adapter from ebay also.
I'm liking the "No snag" shrouded hammer.

I just picked up the 29 a couple of weeks ago. Was made around 1982 from what I can gather. I love her!

You guys have some seriously nice S&W guns.  I don't have a wheel gun and it sure seems like something to add to the gun collection; however, is it true that S&W's wheel gun quality has gone down the toilet?  I'm not up to date on stuff, but that's the 'rumor' I hear.  It's along the same lines that I hear about Winchester rifles going to crap.  Any truth to this???
