Trying to decide if I want to get one. It would be about $300 out the door for the compact optic cut version. Any feedback on the newer versions?
I’d be getting it just to get something cheap but still don’t want to waste the money if they aren’t worth it |

SAR9 METE
Cheap investment with an optic. They're built like a tank. Not too hard to do 25 cent trigger job and it smooths right out. Grip panels and back strap makes for great customization. |

I would pass.
I have both the STR and the SAR9. Take the advice above and go with the SAR9. The trigger is horrible on the STR ! |
