Once I got my Rugged Obsidian 9, I started running it in my 22 rifles and pistols because it's much quieter than my old YHM Mite.

I am also using the can on my AK-V, which I recently moved from direct thread to tri-lug. I decided to also go tri-lug on my Savage MkII FB-SR and S&W M&P 15-22 for quicker and easier mounting between the different guns.

Now I'm thinking about adding a tri-lug on my 22/45 and possibly even my Walther PPQ M2 22. Yes, they will look absolutely stupid when the cans not attached, but I don't ever shoot them unsuppressed.

Is there any reason that I'm not thinking of why this won't work?

I think I would just send the mite back to YHM for a recore. Was worth the $200 to me.
