I've been running mine with an rmr however. I want to run irons again but would like to replace the front and rear sights.  I thought I read somewhere that the optics ready version is cut differently so I come here for guidance, what's my aftermarket iron sights options, preferably night sights but a general list of options would be great.  TIA
