My local gun shop has a TP9SFx and I’m somewhat impressed by it…. BUT!!  Living in Washington State, I’m now limited to 10rd magazines only and I’m not too thrilled about a large handgun with only 10rd magazine.

I have several “grandfathered” Walther factory P99/PPQ and I was wondering if they would work in the  pistol.  Has anybody tried this and either confirmed it or denied that Walther mags to fit and function?

Thanks!!!

No my p99 mags wont even go in the grip of my elite combat.
This is as far as they will go.

Edit taurus 92 or beretta 92 mags will work with a new mag catch slot. Might need to tweak the shelf that activates the slide stop.

That's funny, because I've lightly modified Checkmate .mil 92 mags to work in my P99

Yup the canik/beretta/taurus tube is smaller than the stock walther tube. I had a friend who bought a p99 during the og awb who modded preban 92 mags to fit his p99. New mag catch slot and he cut the tube down to be a flush fit, iirc 15 rounders held 13.
