Put mine on today and it feels great.  

Do the tungsten rods make any difference that's noticeable when shooting?

The Wilson Combat grip modules are excellent...best grip module on the market, IMO.  I tried out the tungsten rods for a while...I didn't notice any difference when shooting, other than it weighs a few oz more.  Now, the tungsten weights in the P320 do make a difference, but you can get 3x the weight into a P320 grip module.
