Are %80 lowers and P80 frames still good to go in MN? Or do we need to serialize them now? A while ago I seem to recall it wasn't necessary when finishing a lower or P80 frame, but I'm also vaguely recalling that they changed a law or something to force requiring numbering things now?

While non serialized lowers may be legal, there is a pending case in Becker County where someone is charged with 2 felonies for having them.

Total BS on the part of the sheriff and county DA.
