Are %80 lowers and P80 frames still good to go in MN? Or do we need to serialize them now? A while ago I seem to recall it wasn't necessary when finishing a lower or P80 frame, but I'm also vaguely recalling that they changed a law or something to force requiring numbering things now?

Yup, saw that, but wasn't sure it was still correct so figured I'd ask. If it's still good to go, then great!

While non serialized lowers may be legal, there is a pending case in Becker County where someone is charged with 2 felonies for having them.
