I just opened [email protected] for Idaho. Currently we have had a handful of people on hikes here in the SW portion of the state, but we also have had people meeting both up North and SE.

What are the requirements for establishing an affiliate? If it's just the first person in a State/region to organize, then I will go ahead and set up an email address and get it started for Oregon/Southern Washington/Columbia River Gorge area.
